My Why
I love having the opportunity to share my passion for personal empowerment with those willing to put thoughts into action. I started this site as a way to connect with others that are struggling with life change. Why? Because change is scary. Because we ALL, regardless of age, gender identification, sexual orientation, race or station in life deal with change. I want to provide a space for my thoughts and a safe area for you.
A bit about me professionally. I am a Registered Dietitian and hold a Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration. I am also a Certified Health Coach with the American Council on Exercise, a Weight Management Specialist and a Behavioral Change Specialist. Honestly these labels are the constants in my life. I'm a women, wife, daughter, mother of a young adult, a dog owner, a runner, an empath. I'm sensitive and think too much. I get caught up in my head. I love football and friendship. I talk a lot. I enjoy personal growth. I live by the Platinum rule to do unto others as they would want done to themselves. And I want to help people.

Additionally, as an athlete and a mother of an athlete, having a positive impact is important to me. I firmly believe in helping people find ways to reduce barriers in their lives. I believe in the power of "paying it forward" so others can achieve more. In order to help local community athletes pursue their future passions, EnVos Living supports the EnVos Change Scholarship, specific to Lexington High School in Lexington, SC at this time.
